Responsibilities:
This is a strategic role where you will champion the human resource function and provide leadership in developing and driving HR strategies in line with business goals to meet our clients aggressive growth plans.
In this demanding role you will report directly to the CEO and, with your team, be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR services across the organisation. You will also provide direct line leadership to your internal HR team.
Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position you will be an experienced HR professional, with some years in a management position, a strong track record in establishing HR strategies in a large organisation, whilst retaining the willingness to be more hands-on as required.
Further you have a proven ability to build, foster and maintain relationships at senior levels in order to make clear the strategic value that best of breed Human Resources policies, practices and procedures are able to deliver an organisation.
