Senior Executive, Equipment Management and Maintenance, Singapore Operations
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

To manually input all work-orders received from suppliers into in-house Equipment Maintenance & Repair system by the next working day
To serve the Singapore Operations team by compiling and analyzing monthly statistics and reporting accurately to various stakeholders within the specified timeframe
To be the focal point for all manual purchase orders (PO) creations for the Singapore operation team
To act as focal point cum web-editor for Singapore operations team intranet
To understudy Equipment management & Equipment Maintenance and Repair functions from key Singapore operations personnel and to render support and assistance in daily routine tasks where stipulated
To review the current work flow process for each operational functions in Singapore, with aim to streamline them with Malaysia cluster to adopt best practice, and recommend to Operations manager to implement the required changes to increase inefficiency and improve productivity

Requirements:

Able to analyze data from given statistics
Creative and a problem solver. Able to proactively present problem and potential solution
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment

Preferably posses at least 5 years working experience in shipping related field
Possess good IT knowledge and background
