Senior Officer Organization Development (SOD)

Responsibilities:
- Report to: HROE Manager
- Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Performance Management
- By developing Goals Setting, Performance Appraisal, Reward & Compensation System.
- Career Planning & Development
- By helping people choose organizations and carreer paths & attain career objectives
- By recommending program for people development
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM/MBA - Concentration in Human Resources
- Good and depth knowledge on Organization Development (OD): Performance management, Hay Job Evaluation, reward system, talent management, succession planning and people development, Balanced Scorecard
- More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent level in OD.
- Good in communication & leadership
- Have positive attitude & a passion in meet and develop people & group
- Warm & be patient
- Willing to travel
- Excellent in English is a must
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
