Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales targets in their respective areas.
- Sales Administration (preparation of reports), prepare and verify Direct Sales Executives (DSE) commission and expense claims, and monitoring DSE performance.
- Sales Force Management – provide on the job training, motivation and management of all Team Leaders and DSEs.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of Diploma degree. University degree is preferred.
- Experience in managing sales force.
- Sales background from FMCG, Consumer Banking or Direct Sales companies.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good negotiation, planning and organizing skills.
