Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to support organization development through implementation of learning activities and performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree all education background with minimum GPA 2.75;
- Having minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources;
- Fluent in English, both Oral and written;
- Computer literate;
- Having good HR technical skills, especially in training and performance management area;
- Having good communication and influence skills as well as analytical and learning capability.
