• Master’s degree in Information Technology, with min 2 years relevant experience

1. Public Finance Management capacity Specialist

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with min 5 years relevant experience

1. Education Planning and Capacity Development Specialist

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, with min 5 years relevant experience

1. Procurement Specialist

• Master’s degree in any major, with min 5 years relevant experience

1. Communication and Outreach Specialist

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or other Social Sciences, with min 5 years
