Requirements:
- English proficiency is an absolute must.
- Holds Bachelor degree from any disciplines with 3 - 5 years solid work experience in handling compensation & benefits or remuneration aspect of a company.
- Having analytical, strategic thinking & general management balance with practical approach as a problem solver.
- Highly articulate communicator with a pleasant personality.
- Flexible and adaptable team player.
- High level of accountability and responsibility.
- Detail oriented self starter with a good attitude.
