Shore-Tank / Logistic Project Manager (Dumai) ( Code : LPM )

Job Responsibilities :
Manage, supervise and be representative of Company in handling Dumai Shore-tank Project
Maintaining good relationship and coordination with related third party, such as Supervisory Consultant, Contractor, and Government
Preparing system and infrastructure needed for Dumai Shore-tank Project

Job Requirements :
Min. 5 years experience as Project Manager
Depth experienced in project management system /purchasing /project control
Experienced in handling more than 300 people
Proficiency in English both oral and written (min TOEFL 500)
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Microsoft Project / Primavera, CAD, or VISIO)
Good understanding about national and international code and standard of ASTM, SNI, etc
Having experience in oil or tank farm company, including facilities and safety procedures would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skill

Marketing Executive ( Code : ME )

Job Responsibilities :
Market for vessel space
Develop new principles & customers
Preparing sales contract
Maintain existing customer
Conduct regular sales visit / presentations

Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree majoring in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Marine Sciences from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
Age between 23 - 32 years old
Some shipping / chartering or sea experience is preferred
Proficiency in English both oral & written Good interpersonal & communication skill
Good analytical thinking
High driven, self motivated & proactive
Broad knowledge about shipping industry
Willing to be posted abroad and willing to travel

Secretary ( Code : SEC )

Job Responsibilities :
Correspondence in English and Mandarin both verbal and written
Work processing and managing systematic filling system
Work with highly confidential information and maintain it in strictly confidential
Traveling arrangement
Perform other related assignments and programs as directed

Job Requirements :
Min. Diploma degree from Secretary or Bachelor degree from Chinese Literature
Min. 2 year experiences in similar position
Proficiency in English & Mandarin both verbal and written
Proactive
Detail oriented & well organized
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
Computer literate with mandarin language

Operation Officer ( Code : OPR )

Job Responsibilities :
Monitoring vessel operation
Dealing with port agent
Handling vessel documents
Ensuring transportation timeliness
Conduct regular visits to agents and ships

Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Marine Sciences from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
Age between 23 - 32 years old
Good orientation in detail
Some shipping or sea experience is preferred
Proficiency in English both oral & written
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Good analytical thinking
High driven, self motivated & proactive

Accounting Staff ( Code : AS )

Job Responsibilities :
Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
Male or female between 25 - 40 yrs old
Familiar with accounting system

Able to work under tight deadline
Good in accuracy and accountable
Proactive and self motivated
Good interpersonal relationship

Job Requirements :
Execute journal entry AP/AR
Preparing billing statement
Preparing PL & BL

Accounting Staff BLT Dumai - Riau ( Code : ASD )

Job Responsibilities :
Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
Male or female between 25 - 40 yrs old
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Familiar with accounting system
Good in accuracy and accountable
Able to work under tight deadline
Proactive and self motivated
Good interpersonal relationship
Experience in accounting will be an advantage

Job Requirements :
Handling disbursement
Handling data recapitulation
Taking invoice from other party, such as port authority or port`s charge

Disbursement Staff BLT Merak ( Code : DSB )

Job Responsibilities :
Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
Male or female between 25 - 40 yrs old
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Familiar with accounting system
One year experience in related field
Good in accuracy and accountable or detail oriented
Good administration skill
Good time management and able to work under tight deadline
Proactive and self motivated
Good interpersonal relationship

Handling and monitoring data of disbursement
Handling complaints related to disbursement
