Human Resource Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
* You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and responsible for all HR matters such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Health & Safety, Community, Learning & Development, Compliance and administration/HRIS as well as leading hr departement to support the company’s objective.
Requirements:
* S 1 Degree, Preferably from Human Resources, Management, Psychology and Law
* Having minimum 5 years relevant experiences
* Good English communication skill
* Detail, well organized, mature and trustworthy
