Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in handling National Sales & Distributors/Agents
• Set up Channel Design for Distributors in Traditional Market
• Set up Agreement, Reward and Punishment program for distributors
• Set Up Distribution Policy & Programs; experience in trade promotion
• Assess & Evaluate distributors' Performance and Infrastructure
• Managing conflict in distribution channel
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
