1. BRANCH MANAGER

Branch Manager will be placed on rotation basis in all of our 20 branches in 10 major cities, including Manado, Lampung, Palembang, Bali, and Medan. This a key position, which will ensure strong on-site Leadership and direction in leading & managing all branch employees to provide excellent services in accordances to our Core Values, to ensure that budget goals are met (especially assets growth, in funding or leading), and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations.

This position must be filled with young people with strong salesmanship, sales planning communications and teamwork

2. MARKETING MANAGER

This Manager will be the driver of our products/services selling programs, starting with the enrollment and direct coaching of our sales force, monitoring sales perfomance, conducting product evaluation, as well as being involved in special-product development.

We welcome young people with strong creative thinking and tough drive to meet targets, preferably those with strong channels in banking, insurance, mutual funds and other investment institutions
