Requirements:

* Educational background S1 in any discipline, preferably English major
* Age between 22-45 years old
* Is highly motivated, achievement oriented and has genuine intent to develop self and others
* Be prepared to undergo a 3-month pre-service teacher training program
* Possible development To be a university lecturer
