Managing Contractor Program Management - Australia Indonesia Basic Education Program (MCPM-AIBEP) is to support system-wide capacity development related to improving quality assurance and governance and accountability systems and focus to support on working with Ministry of National Education (MONE) and Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA).
Managing Contractor Program Management (MCPM) is financed by AIP and DCP grant funds and contracted to AusAID
MCPM has a primary role to support the Program Steering Committee (PSC), Program Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) and Program Management Unit (PMU) in the identification, design and implementation management, monitoring and reporting of activities under the BEP.
MCPM on the behalf of AusAID manages a A$ 73 million trust fund for activities in Pillar 2 and 3 which have been set up in Annual Work Plan (AWP), and ensures that all payments made from this trust account are for the purposes intended and represent efficiency and use of the funds.

LPMP Cluster Development Coordinator (5 positions available)
This senior position within the Training Development Directorate, PMPTK will be responsible for assisting the LPMP Quality Assurance Program Coordinator in leading, coordinating, developing, supervising, evaluating and reporting on the work of LPMP within clusters.
Duration and Timing of Inputs:
Initially for 5 months but the positions may be continued for a period of up to 2 years – at the discretion of Director, Training Development, PMPTK on the recommendation of the LPMP Quality Assurance Program Coordinator.

It is expected that the LPMP Cluster Development Coordinator is a full time position within the Training Development Directorate, PMPTK having responsibility for leading the quality assurance capacity building of cluster LPMPs (and P4TKs and BETs) throughout the life of the AIBEP.
Qualifications and Experience:
LPMP Cluster Development Coordinator is a government employee with relevant qualifications and educational background at provincial and district levels:
Experienced and possess expertise in education strategic and tactical planning, management and supervision
Strong organizational skills
Experienced in or demonstrated ability to train others at middle management level
Demonstrated skill in education team building and leadership
Demonstrated innovation and leadership in education quality improvement
Experience/ability in monitoring and evaluation
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team with others at all levels
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication
Demonstrated information technology literacy
Desirable to have effective communication skills in English
Preference will be given to applicants who:
Possess S2 qualification in quality assurance
Have active links with quality assurance training institutions
Have experience in LPMP leadership and management
