Personal Qualification :
*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
*At least 3 years of experience in similar job function
*Possessing mechanical designs skill
*Computer literate
*Leadership potential
*Teamwork player.
Responsibilities :
*Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard;
*Analyze & improvement with particular focus on automation projects, waste elimination and spare parts cost reduction, define project team members;
*Facilitate project execution;
*Monitor and review the result;
*Define significant process and product characteristics in manufacturing.
*Process based on customer needs;
*Guide production team to develop & carry out process capability improvement plans;
*Establish & monitoring maintain plant wide SPC activities
