PT Holiday Estate is a cross-sector company that is involved in hospitality, energy and financial industry in Bali. Our operational scope includes hotel, villa, clothing retails, restaurants, money changer and petrol stations.

HR Manager (Consultant)
(Bali)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and conduct HR processes including organisation development; recruitments and selection; and performance appraisal.
* Design and develop Compensation and Benefits programs, policies and procedures.
* Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis; and maintain internal balance by providing guidelines and counselling to senior management to ensure C&B package to attract, motivate and retained qualified people.
* Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions; interpreting and administering contracts; and helping resolve work – related problems.

Requirements:

* Female
* Minimum age 30 years old
* Holding minimum a S1 degree majored in Human Resource Management or Psychology with a minimum GPA score of 3.0
* Having a minimum of 5 years HR experience; preferably 2 years at Managerial level or as C&B specialist
* Having HR experience in hospitality and / or financial sector is preferred
* Profound knowledge of Labour Law and related regulations
* Strong analytical and management skill
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Computer literate
