TRAINING SECTION HEAD

Qualifications :

*Having exceptional interpersonal, communication, & presentation skill.
*Confident, energetic, proactive, & able to thrive in fast-paced.
*Team player with exceptional coordination skill.
*Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
*Willing to be located at Lippo Karawaci, & willing to travel.
*Min. S1 degree in any discipline from reputable University, with GPA ≥ 3.00.
*Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position (TNA, developing training modules, training delivery, post training evaluation).
*Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
