Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor Degree in Agriculture with Agronomy majoring from reputable university
* Excellent working experience at managerial level at least 3 years in plantation/farming
* Have strong leadership, communication and staff management skills
* Highly motivated and self-driven team player
* Fluent in English communication is a must
* Willing to be located in sites (West Java)
