General Purposes
Report to Retail Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to increase the company products presence and exposure in Agents through maximize sales representative performance. Building good relationship with Owner, Staff and Sales Representative of each Agent in his Area responsibility. The successful candidates would be placed in Jakarta, and major cities around Indonesia.
Requirements:
Skill and Qualification Required
1.All Ms Office application, MS word, Excel, Power point etc.
2.English is a must
3.Salesmanship skill
4.Leadership
5.Have good track record in retail.

1. Business relationship to dealer:
- Dealer Performance
- Sales value & Phasing
- Product mix
- % Coverage
- % Active
- Dealer development
2. Channel development
- Analyze channel profitability
- Increase Average Selling Price
- Reduce DSO
- Close unperformed dealer
- Channel development
Key performance indicator:
- Sales value achievement
- DSO/collection
- Gross profit
