System Support Staff

Responsibilities:
* Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local & wide area network (LAN, WAN) hardware and infrastructure
* Manages LAN/WAN security and performance (incl bandwidth management)
* Explore, implement, and test tools to improve network communication, security, and performance
* Maintains Server (Web Server, mail server, database server, DHCP server, DNS Server)
* Maintain hardware related fixed assets
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information Technology.
* Possess deep knowledge in TCP/IP, Network and Operating System (Linux and Windows based)
* Having knowledge about Network System Security, Firewall, Router, Gateway, File Server, Web Server, Mail Server and Proxy Server Configuration.
* Familiar with nework monitoring tools (security and performance)
* Experience as System Support Engineer at least 1 year.
