Responsibilities:
* Addresses all aspects related to the Contract with the Client under the guidance of the Project Director / Manager during the execution phase, as well as related to joint venture agreements, with the objective of contributing to maximising Project revenues and reducing the risk in the face of potential disputes raised as the consequence of particular contractual conditions
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience going through contractual issue.
* Preferably someone who has handled at least 2 offshore projects.
* Candidates will be traveling to Perth frequently buy based in Singapore.
* Salary paid in Perth will be net of tax.
