Responsibilities:
* Develop organization to meet the business requirements.
* Plan, facilitate and evaluate implementation of succession planning; and update potential performance profiles.
* Coordinate, organize and implement development and training program.
* Conduct manpower need analysis, plan internal and external fulfillment.
* Plan, organized and conduct performance management program.
* Monitor and evaluate the implementation of compensation and benefit system for inputs to CEG on improvement required.
* Implement, monitor and evaluate the administration of HR Department Processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.
* Have minimum 3 years experience in similar position and well exposed to large-scale business operations (with at least 500 employees).
* Knowledgeable & experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Industrial Relation,and Income tax is a must.
* Excellent command of English both orally and in writing
* Be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
* Knowledgeable & experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Industrial Relation,and Income tax is a must.
* Have willingness and ability to learn new business systems
