In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 5 years working experience in managing large scale workshops, maintaining more than 200 heavy/light vehicles such as Excavators, Dump trucks, Tractors and Cars, etc.
* Experience in handling heavy equipment maintenance of brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, etc will be an advantage. Experience in a fully computerized environment, ability to make effective presentations, manage people from different cultures and excellent report writing and communication skills are required.
* You will also be required to train the support staff and consistent upgrade of their knowledge on new methods, carry out periodic review of the status of machinery and equipments, identifying the extent of the repairs and improvements requires and advising the management of replacement, ensure the adequate stock of spares and consumables are maintained, maintain job costing system for activities undertaken by the division, ensure progress reports are prepared on time accurately.
