EcoSecurities structures and guides greenhouse gas emission reduction projects from beginning to end, working with both project developers and buyers of emission reduction credits. EcoSecurities works with companies in developing and industrialising countries to create emission reduction credits from projects that reduce emissions of greenhouse gases.
Mechanical Engineer for Biogas Project
(Sumatera Selatan - Lampung)
Responsibilities:
* The main task is to maintain the biogas power plant system on the mechanical requirement, while also maintaining good relationship with the feed lot farm management.
* Supervising the operators for operating the biogas system and understand how to handle and troubleshoots problems related to it, i.e. pumps, piping, and other installed equipments.
* Take action for problems related to mechanical equipments (pipe, pump, etc), in liaise with the operators
Requirements:
* Qualification & Education:
o Preference for diploma or bachelor degree in technical area: mechanical engineering;
o The areas of interest: instrumentation & field measurement system, mechanical engineering, quality systems.
* Experience:
o Highly desirable is relevant years of field work experience (at least on year working with piping and pumps system), and/or ability to adapt and stay at feed lot farm environment, however fresh graduates with strong background and field experience are encouraged to apply
o Special interest in experience in the following areas:
o Working with biogas system
o Working with measurement equipment, data and records;
o Technical experience in pumps and piping;
o Having some experience with electrical system.
o Experience in teamwork development and clear communication is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge & Skills:
o Strong technical skills and experience in, or familiarity with the energy or waste sectors, are highly desirable;
o Good level of written and medium level of verbal English;
o Other important skills are:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
o Ability to manage own work effectively and prioritize tasks
o Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
o Advanced Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
