Our client is a global manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, brand-name products for consumers throughout the world. Their businesses included fresh bakery, food service, international beverage, international bakery, inrnational household, and body care. Currently, they are seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:

District Manager
(Surabaya, Makasar, Banjarmasin, Manado)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure effective distribution channel of the product.
* Coordinate operational strategies with Agents/Distributor.
* Develop and maintain effective relationship with the customers.
* Control expenses and manage company assets.
* Lead a sales team to cover the assigned district area.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* English proficient
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.

* Full-Time positions available.
* Experienced in distribution management and managing sales people
* Good analytical & leadership skill, energetic, strong communication skills.
