Requirements:

* Male, max 32 years old
* Hold Bachelor degree in S1 Psychology and S2 Psychology and profesi Psychology is advantage
* Experience min 3 years in the same position in manufacturing is advantage
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Having experience to recruiter Staff – managerial level
* Familiar in psychology test
* Good communication skill, mature Self motivated, tough, honest and able to work in team and under pressure
* Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of leadership
