System Support Staff
(Jakarta Raya - BSD)

Responsibilities:

* Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local & wide area network (LAN, WAN) hardware
and infrastructure
* Explore, implement, and test tools to improve network communication, security, and
performance
* Maintains Server (Web Server, mail server, database server, DHCP server, DNS Server)
* Maintain hardware related fixed assets

Requirements:

* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information Technology.
* Possess deep knowledge in TCP/IP, Network and Operating System (Linux and Windows
based)
* Understanding Mail Server System, Gateway, DNS, DHCP, Samba, WebServer
* Knowledge of Cisco Router and VOIP
* Experience as System Support Engineer at least 1 year.
