Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Law or related.
* Experience minimum 1 year in similar position.
* Knowledge in personnel administration, payroll and jamsostek.
* Knowledge in office & site management.
* Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and attention to detail.
* Willing to be located in site area.
