Responsibilities:
* The tasks of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be as follows: Assist the Program
Coordinator in the monitoring and evaluation program including the sub-program;
Requirements:
* The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist is expected to possess the following task specific
experience and capabilities:
o Hold Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Management with at least 3 years of
relevant experience; an additional master’s degree (S-2) in relevant field will be an
advantage;
o At least 1 year experience in public sector projects in Indonesia;
o Having knowledge of the project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
o Good knowledge of Indonesia's government structure and budgetary procedures,
particularly that related to the development loan and aid;
o Sound English language capability (written and spoken) and report writing skills
o Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and to operate effectively
in a team environment
