Admin Officer (AO)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible of manage and monitor stock
* Responsible of recruitment and employee attendance
* Responsible of inventory-used, supply and apply
* Responsible of courier collector schedule
* Responsible of allowance fee and transport payroll
* Responsible of sales marketing activity
* Responsible of internal and external administration
* Responsible of answer incoming and outgoing phone call
* Report and documentation to General Manager
Requirements:
* Female, Single, Age below 30 year old
* Hold a D3 Degree or equivalent in a suitable discipline with excellent academic
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Good administrative and communication, fast learner, self driven, proactive, strict, accurate,
discipline, trustworthy, hard work, result oriented
* Able to perform under pressure to meet critical timeline
* Able to operate computer literature (MS Office)
* Preferably living in Sunter or Kelapa Gading
