HR OFFICER
Your main responsibilities include :
*Responsible for providing human resource support in the areas of Organization Development (such as : manpower planning, employee competences, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, HR systems, policies & procedures).
*Oversee and ensure all HR activities and administrative duties comply with HR procedures.
* Working closely with Training officer and Admin HR to ensure the Recruitment, Training
and Organization Development activites align with company’s vision and policies
The preferred candidate must has the following qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree (majoring Psychology /Technic); Master Degree in Human Resources
Management
*Fresh Graduate / 2-3 years experience in HR Recruitment & Administration in FMCG
Companies
*Male/ Female, Min. 25 - 30 years old.
*Strong numerical, strategic, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills
*Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
*Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
*Excellent team working, leadership and high interpersonal skills
*Independent, Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and
ability to handle multitask jobs.
