Risk Strategy & Policies Staf ( RMG-RSP )

Responsibilities:

* To assist ERMS Dept Head in developing risk management strategy, risk management framework and policy that in-line with Bank vision, mission & risk appetite.
* To assist ERMS Dept. Head in developing & enhancing the parameters used in Bank risk profile report in order to make Bank's risk exposures are accurately identified, measured and reported to senior management.
* To assist ERMS Dept. Head in coordinating BASEL II Workstream that comply with Central Bank and UOB Group requirement.
* To ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timelines in submission risk management reports to UOB Group and Senior Management.

Requirements:

* Minimal S1 from reputable university.
* Fluent in English (both oral & written).
* Have strong knowledge in Risk Management. Experience in Risk Management would be
advantage.
* Able to work in pressure, tight deadline, and less supervision.
