Customer Relation [Nissan Care] Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer complaint and conduct customer visit
* Analyze customer complaint log
* Propose short term and long term solution for better customer handling
* Monitor customer behavior
* Manage Nissan Call Center
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Has experience more than 2 years in hospitality field (being customer relation in five star hotel would be advantage)
* Age between 26-30 years old.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Office)
* Has customer satisfaction mindset is a must
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, and discipline.
