Recruitment Specialist - Assistant Manager

We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Palm Oil Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. AGRO GROUP is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Recruitment Specialist - Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
* Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs
* Active use of assestment tools: DISC, MBTI, 16 PF, PAPI Kostick etc
* Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face interviews for junior & mid level post & support all parties in concern with assessment
* Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
* Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress

Requirements:

* Preferred experienced At Plantation (Palm Oil Plantation)
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): DISC, PAPI Kostick, MBTI.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
* Has a good computer skill
* Fluent in both oral & written English
* Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
* A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
