Responsibilities:
* To break down monthly sales target by store for promotion team and by SKU for Distributor.
* To monitor weekly sales achievement store by store in order to achieve monthly target sales. To report weekly sales monitor to NKAM
* Regular field visit to the store, 60% of the time has to be spent in the market in order to supervise distribution, service level, merchandising, competitor’s activity and take measurable action whenever necessary.
* To supervise Team Leader, Merchandiser (MD) and SPG in doing their job.
* To build good and conducive relationships with all account, Head Quarters, MD Managers, Store Managers, etc
* To cooperate with ASM and his Sales Team. Coordinate and communicate promotional programs, discounts and other activities set by KAM.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Key Account Manager.
* Expert in Modern Market.
