Responsibilities:

* Perform all reporting functions to Company’s various stakeholders, including financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, weekly ad forecasts, GST and service tax reporting
* Perform monthly payroll and leave administration, and assist in HR-related matters
* Develop business plans for new projects
* Liaise and collate information for tax agent for submission, review tax computations and address IRAS’ queries
* Ensure compliance and recommend improvements in internal control procedures
* Liaise with external auditors and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with legislations and regulatory requirements
* Supervise the Finance teams of the Company and its Malaysian Branch
* Deputy to Finance Manager

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Demonstrated excellent supervisory skills and are able to positively influence and motivate others;
* Excellent writing and communication skills;
* A solid technical financial accounting, problem solving and analytical skills and working knowledge of existing tax regulations; and
* Full-Time positions available.
