We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. PT. Agro Harapan Lestari (AGRO GROUP) is the groups plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Manager - Industrial Relation (MIR)
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Developing, implementing and maintaining harmonious industrial relations at all level will be you are key responsibility. You will be required to set-up and maintain communication procedure across the organization, develop formal and informal network across all levels within the organization and with the community, have regular discussion with employees and identify there needs, attend to employee issues, deal with trade unions, advice management on developments and action to be taken, and implement employee welfare programs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in management human resource or law
* The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in dealing industrial relation matters in a similar capacity
* Willing to travel regularly to the remote area (Kalimantan)
