A well established company engaged in engineering & fabrication for Oil & Gas industry. We invite highly motivated and competent individuals to join us for the following position:

FInance Manager (Based in Batam)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

    Able to handle full sets of accounts independently.
    Oversee daily accounting of A/R, A/P and G/L to ensure accounting record are kept in compliance with the group policies and Local Accounting Standards.
    Handle Treasury – Cashflow and local tax filing.
    Ensuring all invoices and supporting documents are documented prior forwarding for payment processing.
    Prepare / analyze monthly financial statement.
    To ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly / quarterly reports.
    Monitoring and reporting Company’s performance in terms of finance performance on revenue and expenses.
    Participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises.
    Undertake Product costing by working closely with project management team.
    To prepare narratives of variances between actual performance versus forecast/budget.
    Make recommendation to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices.
    Coordinate with external auditors during yearly Audits.

Requirements:

    Possess a recognized Accounting Degree
    Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting and Taxation field in Oil & Gas industry
    Experience in handling Project Cost
    Possess a knowledge in Local Tax, Value Added Tax, With Holding Tax, Local Statutory Financial Audit, and Local Banking Regulations
    Proficient in MS Office Applications
    Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written
    Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
    Interview will be conducted in Batam
