Employee Relation Assistant [ERA]
Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:

    Induction
    Visiting
    Grievance Handling
    Work equipment
    Employee feedback and follow up action
    Welfare Activities

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Law
    At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the industrial relation field at palm oil industry is required for this position
    You must have a excellent interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills to make persuasive approach to all workers
    Willing to be placed to the plantation site (Central Kalimantan)
