HRD Supervisor
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues).
Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures.
Planning, evaluating, coordinating and controlling general affairs activities, needs and operations.
Responsible for vetting and ensuring that all agreements, contract arrangements and other legal documents provided comply with policy and procedural requirements.
Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Psychology/Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 Years Experience in the same position.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
Mastering the employment law and its application
Excellent in competency-based Human Resource concept and implementation, mastering all functions in human resource (hiring, training and development, personnel administration and employee relations)
Well developed coaching and leadership skills, both on formal and informal basis.
Experienced in all aspects of recruitment.
Must be excellent in English, both oral and written.
Hard working & good interpersonal skills.
Able to work as a good team player or individually.
Able to work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner.
