We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.

Workshop Manager [WM]
(Sampit)

Responsibilities:

    Establishing and managing large scale workshops, maintaining more than 200 heavy equipment/light vehicles such as Excavators, Dump trucks, Tractors, Cars,
    Manage and maintain machinery such as Generators, Water Pumps, etc.
    Ensure all machinery, equipments, and vehicles of the plantations are maintained in good order and implement required policies and procedures.
    Establishing an efficient operation of mechanical workshops within the group plantations Identify long term requirements to support the rapidly expanding plantations;
    and plan
    Develop & implement cost effective solutions across the group plantations in order to achieve company?s productivity targets,
    Devise and implement a structured system of training & development for the Mechanical Staff

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Experience in heavy equipment maintenance of established brands (i.e. Caterpillar, Komatsu, Massey Ferguson etc) will be at a distinct advantage
    Exposure to a fully computerized environment, articulate and is able to make effective presentations
    Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    Applicants must be willing to work in Sampit, Central Kalimantan
