Responsibilities:
Experience and have knowledge in Compensation and Benefit
Experience in creating presentation for HR Management
Good knowledge in statistical data
Create SOP and policy
Requirements:
Min. bachelors degree in Law or Human Resource Management
Min. 3 years of working experience in the same position
Fluent in English oral and written is a MUST for this position
