Finance Staff
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of finance staff is management & performance of the finance activity
Controllers financial reporting and analysis of the factories (cost accounting, financial management, and financial shared service function)
Prepare an income statement and balance sheet
Handling annual budget setting process, annual accounts preparation process, high-volume financial transaction such us KPI involve, invoicing, collection, banking, reporting, tax report, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax regulation (withholding tax)
Providing strategic financial & business planning advice
Understand of accounting report ( AP/AR )
Understand to provide General ledger, Project/Job costing, cost accounting
Contributing to the overall management of the Corporate Finance Department
Ensuring all statutory accounts & returns are accurate and meet set timescales, legal requirements, interpreting these where necessary
Preparation & interpretation of costing information, including cost allocation & apportionment
Preparation, interpretation & assessment of business cases
Requirements:
Male / Female min 30 years old (Mandarin Background)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Economics, Accountancy or Finance background
Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in managerial level, manage tax (Pph 21, Pph 23, etc), finance & accounting activity in all line of the business preferably in Manufacturing industries
Having capability of handling annual budget setting process, annual accounts preparation process, high-volume financial transaction such us KPI involve, invoicing, collection, banking, reporting, tax report, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax reporting
Preparation & interpretation of budget monitoring information, including forecasting, trend analysis, risk analysis and recommendations for corrective action
Requires working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as, financial accounting, compliance reporting and budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement is essential
Computer literate is a must, proficiency in financial software (MYOB, Bee Accounting, etc) is desirable
Fluent in English both verbal and written, Mandarin will be advantage
Detail oriented and knowledge of basic financial models and strategy
Good analytical thinking and ability to create solutions out of analysis
Strong leadership, strong project management skill, and experience handling multiple projects
Liaise with Auditor, Tax agents, Banks and Financial Institutions on accounting, tax, treasury and other financial matters.
