PT Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk

Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk mulai mengembangkan usahanya di Indonesia pada tahun 1983 sebagai produsen pail can dan general can dalam berbagai ukuran. Tahun 1990 Pelangi Indah Canindo mengembangkan produk steel drum untuk kebutuhan industri.

Perkembangan yang terus meningkat mendorong Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk untuk mendiversifikasi basis industrinya pada produk tabung LPG (cylinder tank) pada tahun 1994. Tahun 2000, mulai mengekspor ke Australia, Vietnam, Bangladesh dan negara-negara lainnya. Selanjutnya pada Tahun 2006, Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk mulai memproduksi tabung LPG ukuran 3 kg untuk keperluan program koversi gas yang mulai dicanangkan pemerintah Indonesia.

Saat ini kami sedang membutuhkan:

Staff Human Resource (Recruitment & Training)
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
- Menangani proses recruitment beserta penggunaan alat tes
- Menangani proses training
- Menangani proses sertifikasi

Requirements:
- Wanita
- Usia maksimal 28 tahun
- S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM
- Berepengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR sebagai staff
- Bisa berbahasa Mandarin (diutamakan)
- Penempatan di Cengkareng, Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat

BM (Branch Manager)
Responsibilities:

    Leading a work unit consisting of 11-15 staff
    Build a healthy organization
    Ensuring Operational branch runs smoothly and in accordance with the procedures and policies
    Conduct a study of credit and make credit decisions in accordance with the authority
    Building a healthy business portfolio

Qualification
Preferred experience in same position for 2 years, a good track record / 3 years as a relationship officer / credit officer / marketing officer in micro banking / financial institutions

CO (Credit Officer)
Responsibilities:

    Maintaining discipline process and credit qualifications branch
    Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager of Credit
    Conduct field verification and conduct a review of credit applications in accordance with applicable policies and procedures

Qualifications:
D3 minimum education GPA min 2.75, 1-2 years working experience in the field of credit / banking operations

RO (Relationship Officer)
Responsibility

    Looking for nautical and manage client portfolios
    Maintaining good relations with customers

Qualification

    Being able to establish communication and easy to get along
    Experience is preferred

RA (Relationship Anchor)
Responsibility

Responsibilities:

    Maximum age 28 years (RO & RA)

    Master the language and local culture
