Requirement:
* Minimum D1 in hotel school.
* Age between 21-35 year old.
* Good command of English is a must.
* Guest service oriented.
* Minimum 1 year working experience at qualified international restaurant.
Chefs de Partie (code: CP 0908)
Requirement:
* Very good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques.
* Very good as CDP at least for 2 years in a 5 stars Int'l Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurant.
* Able to work in culturally diverse environment.
* Ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities.
* Must possess strong organizational & communication skills.
Chefs de Cuisine (code: CC 0908)
Requirement:
*All requirements are the same as Chefs de Partie but preferably had experience as Sous Chef in a 5 star International Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurant.
Assistant Tournant (code: AT 0908)
Requirement:
*Has experience Demi Cesf at least for 2 years in a 5 stars International Hotel/Pan Asian Restaurants
Assistant Commis (code: AC 0908)
Requirement:
*Has 6 months education in culinary school
*Has experience as Assistant Cook at least for 2 years in a 5 stars International Hotel/Pan Asian Restaurants
Assistant Steward Lido (code :ASL 0908)
Requirement:
* Male, fit both physically & mentally.
* Minimum height 160 cm.
* Minimum 1 year working experience (job training included) as a Restaurant Waiter at qualified international restaurants/F&B Department (3 star level or higher).
* Minimum D1 in hotel school.
* Latest job experience should be no more than 2 years ago.
* Good command of English. Candidates need to meet the minimum standard of command of English. Testing consist of verbal, written and computerized test on grammar, listening and conversation.
* Minimum 21 years old and maximum 35 years old.
General Requirements:
*Has very good knowledge of Asian Product and cooking techniques
*Has storng organizational and communication skills
*Has ability to multy task and handle constantly changing priorities
*Has ability to work in culturally diverse environment
*Has ship experience in an advantage, but not a must
