Requirements:
Having experiences as a teamleader or supervisor, min. 1 year
Having a good communication and interpersonal skill
High motivated and target oriented personality
Male/female, maksimum 35 years old
Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
Having experiences in sales / marketing (in finance and banking products), min. 3 years


Responsibilities:
Leading marketing team under their supervision
Responsible to manage maketing officer's daily activities in order to achieve marketing target
Coaching and motivating the marketing officers under their supervision
