We are looking for a EXECUTIVE CHEF who will be in charge of all food activities including “a la carte” concept restaurant, a terrace lounge , a trendy bar, extensive meeting facilities (up to 600 guests), room service and all VIPs special treatments..

Job Profile / Description :

• Long experience in Food & Beverage Product including Hygiene and Food Safety
• Good managerial skills, team player, analytical abilities and sense of initiative
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for details Job Specifications :
• To manage and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service and satisfaction • Sets standard of product in Food and Beverage Department
• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly applied
• To manage the food cost and all kitchen related expenses The position is available immediately.
