Requirements:
* Has a college degree (S1 or D3) in any discipline
* Have LIA EPT (English Proficiency Test) score of Written Test min 500 and Oral Test min 76
* Is between 22 to 45 years of age
* Is highly motivated, achievements oriented and have genuine intent to develop self and others
* Is willing to teach on anytime slot/days
* Be prepared to undergo a 3-month Pre Service Teacher Training Program from Diklat LBPP LIA
