Responsibilities:

* These individuals do research to look for candidates in high level executives or business managers and other specialized professionals to be interviewed by PeopleSource Consultant.
* The way Executive search firm work is:
o a Client will work together with a headhunter to find a specific person for a job which means the Executive recruiter must do some research and must contact all potential candidates to see if they would be suitable with the Client’s requirement & to approach the candidates to move from their current employer to the Client’s company.

Requirements:

* Special Requirement:

o Female, Age between 21 – 26 years old
o Hold S1 degree in any major from reputable University
o Proficient in English is a must
o Young, driven, motivated, self started, result oriented and aggressive individual
o Good communication skill is necessary

* Job Description:

o Involved in recruitment process
o Identifying and qualifying candidates
o Able to develop and build network
