Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Min. Law Degree from reputable university.
* Min. 30 years of age.
* Min. 3 years progressive experiences in similar roles preferably in multinational companies is advantaged.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
* Proficient in English (spoken & written) is a must.
* Willing to travel to mining site (Kalimantan).
* TASK
* Corporate legal & license administration.
* Company restructuring.
* Familiar & has in-depth knowledge in analyzing law requirements & commercial aspects, drafting legal documents, providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as Indonesian Legal system with its substance.
* Having good networking with lawyers, notaries as well as Government Officials would be advantage.
* Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions & decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
* Meticulous with an aptitute for figures and able to multitask effectively.
Preferred character:
* Trustworthy, Loyal, Cooperative, Helpful, Hardworking, initiative, innovative
* Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
