Requirements :
*Fresh Graduate Degree in IT/Computer Science and Computer Engineering
*Knowledge and experience in Windows server operating systems, network configuration, administration and troubleshooting knowledge and experience
*Technical knowledge of printer hardware/software technology
*Willingness to work overtime and under preasure and must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative
*Must be fluent in English (verbal, written, comprehension)
*Able to create technical documents for end-users and support teams to use
*Enthusiastic, energetic and a team player
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the quality of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, documentation, and general maintenance
*Recognizes and points out design problems during the planning process and responds to technical queries from level support or team manager
*Reviews new product or technology, evaluates new technology, and provides feedback to the team member for technology features
*Supports the integration of tools & process into solutions and understand deployment of the service including providing training
*System Certifies for hardware/software
